test(unit): give the disk-heavy tests time on slow CI disks 8c0b92ca64

The retention and full-text index tests store 520 and 600 messages,
each synced to disk: about 1.4 s here, beyond the default 5 s timeout
on a Forgejo runner. They get 60 s; what they check is unchanged.

ci: run the image tests on the runner's Docker engine with a full client 680dd6c50e

The Forgejo docker job ran in an image without the Docker client. It
now runs in node:24-alpine with the client, Buildx (the Dockerfile uses
BuildKit) and Compose (the deployment tests), on the docker-in-docker
engine the runner gives its jobs through DOCKER_HOST, and says so when
there is none. The image test finds the published ports on the engine's
host (`publishedPortsHost`), and reports a missing client instead of an
empty error. GitLab's docker job gets Buildx and Compose too.

test(setup): measure the free-space check on a probe, not on this machine's disk

The last assertion of the free-space check test read the real free
space of the disk it ran on and required 5%: it failed on a CI runner
whose disk was nearly full. It now checks, through a probe, that a data
directory not created yet is measured on its closest existing parent,
which is what it was about.
